Cachupa is as unique as the cook and region from which the recipe originated. This rich, complex stew was prepared in collaboration with our beloved staff member, my step mom, Mama Gini of Brava, Cabo Verde, from her own family recipe.
 
With smoked chouriço and pork, mão-de-vaca and tripe, garlic and yuka, hominy and beans, our traditional, authentic dish is sure to tantalize.
 
We respect and appreciate all versions of this delicious, West African staple, and hope that you do too.
