WINEMAKING NOTES
Just because it’s not red, doesn’t mean it’s not a Pinot! Sourced from the finest vineyards throughout California, we choose grapes with bright, ripe fruit flavors and crisp acidity—everything you look for in a Pinot Grigio. After the night and early morning harvesting, the grapes were destemmed and crushed. Then it was on to fermentation and aging. After blending, we shipped it off to Pinot lovers everywhere.
