Experience a Surf and Turf Symphony: Salmon with Lobster Dill Sauce
At Cove Surf and Turf, we celebrate the bounty of the sea. It is a testament to this philosophy, offering a luxurious and flavorful combination of perfectly cooked salmon and a decadent lobster dill sauce.
Fresh Salmon, Expertly Prepared
We use only the freshest, most flavorful salmon for our dish. The salmon is expertly cooked to your desired doneness, ensuring a flaky and juicy texture with a beautiful sear on the exterior. This allows the natural sweetness of the salmon to shine through.
A Creamy and Luxurious Sauce
The star of the show in our dish is the creamy and luxurious lobster sauce. This sauce is crafted with succulent lobster meat, simmered in a flavorful broth with a touch of cream and fresh dill. The dill adds a refreshing, herbaceous note that complements the richness of the lobster and the sweetness of the salmon.
A Marriage of Flavors and Textures
Every bite of our Salmon with Lobster Dill Sauce is a delightful marriage of flavors and textures. The flaky salmon contrasts beautifully with the creamy sauce, while the tender lobster pieces add a touch of luxury. The fresh dill provides a bright counterpoint, creating a truly unforgettable culinary experience.
An Ideal Choice for Special Occasions
The elegance and sophistication of our Salmon with Lobster Dill Sauce make it the perfect choice for a special occasion. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, or simply a desire for a luxurious meal, this dish is sure to impress.

I have had some really good food from here but unfortunately it was not the case with this salmon dish. The fish was overcooked and dry. Sparse sauce and the asparagus must have been old because they were more yellow than green. Very disappointed!
