FILET MIGNON OSCAR
We grill this half-pound tender filet mignon with a perfect blend of seasoning to bring out its natural flavor and juiciness. Then we gently lay it over a bed of crispy, flame-broiled fresh asparagus spears. Typically, an oscar is made with crabmeat, but we like lobster better. So the creamy hollandaise that gets ladled over all that has chunks of lobster tail and claw.
