Same-day orders will require 4 hours minimum to cook.

Our Prime Rib catering tray is cut to your required weight. Consider the following when choosing the appropriate size:

16 oz (one pound) is a generous serving for each person. For an easy determination, we recommend one pound per person. Keep in mind that meat is weighed before cooking and may lose up to 30% in fat drippings. So that doesn’t mean anyone will eat a whole pound of meat!
